Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing procurement processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  3. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  5. Fluent English required (both written and spoken).
