We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer I to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process optimization through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive process optimization and improve business outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Coordinate problem-solving processes to identify and prioritize solutions, ensuring and measuring business impact.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform advanced analysis to support projects and diagnostics, generating and maintaining KPIs for tracking productivity.
- Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards with effective user interfaces to support business decision-making.
- Business Process Mapping: Develop Business Process Mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience: At least 10 years of prior experience in procurement or supply chain processes, with more than 3 years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer in an Operations/Business environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP FIORI, implementation of dashboards and reporting for Advanced Planning Systems projects, and excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in working with large datasets and coding languages such as Python.
