Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you a skilled product quality assurance specialist with experience in supplier management? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality for our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Issue Handling: Handle abnormal batches by isolating, labeling, and collaborating with local teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Part Quality Control: Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure strict adherence to HQ's standards. Report regularly to HQ for review.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate new suppliers' quality systems, conduct regular audits, and report to HQ. Ensure clear understanding and execution of quality agreements and standards.
  • Document Management & Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and archive quality-related documents. Generate reports, analyze weak spots, and provide improvement suggestions to HQ.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably managing overseas suppliers or working in multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and practical experience in conducting supplier audits, quality control, issue resolution, and related tasks.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and methods, such as the seven basic tools, PDCA cycle, FMEA, etc.
  • Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and failure mechanisms for customized parts.
