Product Data Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Data Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, completeness, and consistency of global product data across our systems. You will be responsible for collaborating with regional data product owners to define and implement global data quality standards and processes.

You will partner with business teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product data quality issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will work with IT to define requirements for a product Master Data Management (MDM) solution and automate manual data stewardship tasks.

Supporting the development and deployment of automation pipelines to streamline data stewardship activities is also a critical part of this role. You will monitor and report on data quality, completeness, and usability metrics to key stakeholders.

Conducting research using internal databases and external sources to validate and enrich product data, as well as evaluating the impact of proposed data changes and ensuring alignment with business needs, are essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate level experience in a data stewardship, data science, or related data management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions and enterprise data management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
