We are seeking a highly experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our External Manufacturing team in LATAM. This individual will work closely with global teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and improved supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and negotiating with suppliers. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain costs and improve efficiency.
  2. Manage relationships with co-packers and third-party manufacturers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  4. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management, with a focus on external manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with cost management, supplier relationship management, and supply chain optimization.
