Expert Talent Sourcing Specialist

In this highly sought-after role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging cutting-edge online recruiting resources, cultivating and maintaining an extensive network of professional contacts, and proactively sourcing and qualifying candidates for all open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the latest online recruiting tools to identify and source highly skilled candidates
  • Cultivate and maintain a vast network of professional contacts to help identify and source highly qualified candidates
  • Proactively source, qualify, and identify candidates for all open positions
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct thorough interviews with presented candidates and utilize face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and extensive past use of advanced server-based applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be Internet and Social Media savvy, specifically with websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Strong project management skills

Education and Work Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing full lifecycle recruiting either as a Technical Recruiter or an Onsite Recruitment Consultant
  • 5+ years in a Talent Advisory or Senior level Recruitment position
  • Prior experience recruiting within the tech, manufacturing, financial services industry in a recruitment capacity
