  • Deliver high-quality candidate insights to support targeted recruitment campaigns and client decision-making processes.">

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in talent sourcing and talent mapping, preferably supporting senior or specialized roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries.">
  • Exceptional skills in market insights and talent research.">
  • Proven ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent across Brazil and Latin America.">
  • Strong understanding of the local talent landscape, industry trends, and talent pools for specialized roles.">
  • Excellent research, sourcing, and data analysis skills—expert in talent mapping tools and platforms.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing strategic insights and influencing decision-makers.">
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.">
