Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans for rigid packaging in Latin America that meet business objectives, quality, and regulatory compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Lead the bidding, supplier selection process, and finalize all contract negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of driving benefits and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in researching, evaluating, selecting, and developing sources of materials or services.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese - high usage in daily activities.
