Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

The Packaging Flow Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging process, building strong relationships with internal and external suppliers, managing inventory levels in coordination with suppliers, and proactively addressing operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the packaging flow between supplier and GM;
  • Investigate and analyze the reason for the imbalance of the packaging flow;
  • Analyze the frequency of the supply route of packaging;
  • Ensure a robust support and quick response to internal customers and suppliers about packaging orders;
  • Develop a plan to restore the packaging flow by adopting the premises of the moment's consumption of the supplier and lowest transportation cost;
  • Coordinate packaging inventory (supplier/GM/transport) and balance the return of packaging;
  • Prepare GC16 (Pipeline of packaging) from the supplier;
  • Make current account of return of packaging for the supplier,
  • Analyze stock of the item, Retention Quality/Rework/Obsolence, packaging registration, supply route frequency in the MGO system;
  • Visit suppliers of parts for inventory evaluation, operational understanding, and search for initiatives to reduce costs;

Requirements:

  • Administration, Logistics, Technology, or Production Engineering degree or related areas;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerBI;
  • Availability for trips;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Knowledge of Python;
  • Knowledge of MGO;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
