Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the packaging cost reduction and sustainability project program within the organization, with a focus on implementing good practices for loss reduction and transportation optimization.
  • Conduct integrity and performance tests of packaging.
  • Serve as an interface with logistics, engineering, and procurement teams.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, focusing on cost-benefit analysis and quality.
  • Implement sustainable solutions aligned with brand identity.
  • Meet internal and external customer expectations.
  • Connect with local and global teams on packaging projects and promote technical standards within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in process and packaging science, packaging engineering, machine design development, and methods.
  • Specialist skills in jerrycan, cardboard/corrugated cardboard, and palletizing are advantageous.
  • Understanding of packaging legislation and regulations.
