We are seeking a packaging expert to lead innovation efforts and manage supply chain costs.

  • Develop and implement new packaging components for projects outside the Innovation Development process.
  • Manage packaging supply chain costs, quality, and supplier selection in collaboration with procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with procurement and quality assurance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities for existing packaging.
  • Serve as the Packaging R&D expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the LATAM packaging portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging and Materials Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in packaging production, project management, and engineering standards.
  • Intermediate level of English and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
