Bridge Inspection and Maintenance Leader

Seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key leadership role in bridge inspection and maintenance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the TEC Lead to drive business development and growth, leveraging their expertise and experience to win contracts for bridge inspection and repair work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of bridge structures and components to assess condition, function, and load-carrying capacity.
- Develop recommendations for repair, rehabilitation, or replacement based on evaluation findings.
- Liaise with clients and facility staff to communicate critical condition findings and ensure effective communication.
- Direct field teams and enforce safe operations practices.
- Prepare and review inspection reports, ensuring technical compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Exercise responsible decision-making regarding company resources and conduct, adhering to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.
- Proven experience in bridge inspection and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
