We are seeking a skilled professional to lead high-quality implementations in the financial industry. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work with clients across multiple industries, payment brands, processing systems, and enterprises focused on LATAM.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to product rules and specifications. You will lead matrix organizations and cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
- Project Management: You will possess 3-5 years of experience in project management and technical implementation knowledge, preferably in electronic payments.
- Technical Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of electronic payment processing systems, formats, and associated customer host interface testing services and principles.
- API Knowledge: You will have expertise in API Knowledge for Java and open languages.
- Network Services: Relevant experience on Computing Network services is required.
- Development Methodologies: Development systems methodologies knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead matrix organizations and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementations.
- Ensure compliance with product rules and specifications.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
