**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Analyst to join our team at General Motors. As a Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the activities of our Service Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the Service Operations team in achieving their goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with our Chevrolet concessionaires to obtain information on vehicle maintenance and repairs.

• Provide data and insights to our Legal Department to support their work on judicial demands and consumer protection.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle service processes in our Oracle Right Now system.

• Offer support to our Service Operations team and other stakeholders on service-related topics.

• Act as a problem-solving agent for corporate clients, focusing on post-sales support for our Fleet Preferred program.

**Requirements and Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related areas.

• Proven experience in administrative processes.

• Intermediate-level English proficiency.

• Active driver's license.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal relationships.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Proactivity.

• Assertiveness.

• Personal organization.

**Desirable Skills:**

• SAP knowledge.

• Power B.I. knowledge.

• Knowledge of automotive mechanics or experience working with concessionaires is a plus.
