Job OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to mentor student leaders, implement innovative residential strategies, and create inclusive communities where students thrive.
- Lead Student Staff: Provide direct supervision and development to a team of student staff members, including facilitating regular meetings and monitoring performance for continuous feedback and growth.
- Foster Community Engagement: Oversee the implementation and refinement of community development strategies to foster residents' continued engagement with bLUeprint.
- Evaluate Learning Outcomes: Assess learning goals and outcomes of curriculum strategies in tandem with bLUeprint's five foundations for student success.
- Support Students: Identify, support, and refer students who exhibit personal, social, academic and/or behavioral concerns in partnership with appropriate campus offices.
- Hearing Officer: Serve as an administrative hearing officer in support of Student Conduct processes.
- Financial Management: Execute financial stewardship over assigned area resources.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs or the equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years of related work experience, strong leadership and communication skills, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, flexibility for evening and weekend responsibilities, and willingness to live on campus are also essential.
