Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional to play a vital role in supporting various departments by analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate accounting classifications, and managing document flows. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post and classify accounting transactions, including provisions and reversals.
  • Support departmental analysis of financial figures to ensure correct accounting classification.
  • Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for accuracy.
  • Manage payment and receipt processes, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
  • Prepare supporting documents and reports, maintaining proper document control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory:
    • Advanced English proficiency (evaluated during the interview).
    • Experience in the accounting field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Certified by the CRC.
    • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and company consolidation.
    • Technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Brazilian GAAP (CPC) is an asset.
  • Nice to Have:
