Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring and managing budgets and costs for assigned areas.

  • Monitor budget performance and ensure accurate cost recording for assigned areas/teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee ongoing and ad-hoc costs.
  • Lead monthly cost reviews with stakeholders to track expenses, confirm accruals, and evaluate plan adjustments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the month-end accounting closing process, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Act as a liaison between cost stakeholders and finance teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data through systematic reviews and reconciliations.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and present to management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to controlling procedures and promote a strong control mindset across the organization.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial control processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Operations & Treasury) to align financial reporting and processes.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a talented individual with relevant experience in Controlling, Financial analysis or a similar role.

You will bring:

  • Relevant experience in Controlling, Financial analysis or a similar role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Advance proficiency in Excel and familiarity with G-Suite.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
