About The Role - Finance ManagerWe seek a Finance Manager in São Paulo to oversee financial governance, support business growth, and manage financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure financial governance following our Financial Control Framework and the Red Book.Manage investments, cash flow, and liquidity.Oversee working capital management, accounts payable, receivable, and collections.Manage derivatives, foreign exchange, and intercompany debt.Negotiate banking rates and conditions.Oversee insurance policies related to property, D&O, transport, and engineering risks.Support shared services activities like treasury, credit, and collections.Manage office facilities and vehicle fleet in São Paulo.Collaborate with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Sales departments.Coordinate with the Group Treasury team.Requirements and QualificationsHigher education degree.Fluency in English.Experience in treasury management and derivatives/hedge contracts.Operational expertise in accounts payable and receivable.Cash management and bank relationship skills.Support for internal/external audits and controls.Employee BenefitsHealth and dental plans, life insurance, profit sharing, private pension.Meal and food vouchers, transportation support, gym membership, daycare assistance.Extended maternity (180 days) and paternity (20 days) leave.Partnerships with SESI, language and educational discounts, home office support, and employee assistance programs.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Contract.Job function: Finance and Sales.Industry: Manufacturing.This job is active and accepting applications.
