The successful candidate will be responsible for launching campaigns, building pipelines of potential candidates, polishing resumes, screening candidates, and managing multiple roles simultaneously.

About the Role
  • Launch Campaigns: Create and manage hiring campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
  • Build Pipelines: Engage in cold calling to consistently build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Polish Resumes: Format candidate resumes to align with company templates and guidelines.
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct prescreening to assess qualifications for open positions.
  • Juggle Multiple Roles: Manage 3-7 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
Key Requirements
  • Advanced Proficiency in English: Fluent reading and writing skills are required.
  • Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional English reading and writing skills are essential.
