Technical Recruiter Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Managers to understand client needs and job position requirements.

  • Source and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Write and send tailored emails and InMails to engage and attract candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and assessments as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiter role at a recruitment agency where you source candidates on LinkedIn and reach out via phone, InMail, and email.
  • Proven experience sourcing software engineers for startups and understanding various software engineering positions, including associated languages and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Post-secondary degree in any field.
Benefits:
  • Base Salary: CAD $25,000–$31,000 annually
  • Uncapped Placement Bonus: Earn a commission for every candidate you place
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Additional earnings for hitting multi-hire targets within the same month/quarter
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Top performers typically earn CAD $30,000–$37,500+ annually

About the Job

This is a full-time, ongoing contract with no set end date. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, with plenty of room to grow and develop over time.

Hours are 9-5 EST (flexible).
