We are seeking a skilled professional to connect our clients with top engineering talent.
This is a remote position that requires strong communication and relationship development skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Match clients with suitable engineering experts from our network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and talent alike.
- Manage the entire matching process to ensure a positive experience for both parties.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, project management, architecture, or DevOps engineering; OR 3+ years of experience recruiting Developers in tech companies or start-ups.
- Prior experience in leading and synthesizing remote client sales or consultative interviews, managing international clients, or running your own company is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills to manage client relationships.
- Ability to communicate seamlessly across all channels.
- Builds trust and instant rapport with clients and talent alike.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability.
- Adheres to tight deadlines and thrives under pressure.
