Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive technical support for software, troubleshooting issues, and isolating root causes to ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Guide clients in navigating the platform and its various modules to maximize efficiency and optimal use.
- Apply solution engineering principles to design and recommend tailored configurations, integrations, and optimizations that meet client needs.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service at every interaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, sharing innovative ideas to enhance support processes.
- Maintain and update Knowledge Base articles to improve self-service resources for clients.
- Communicate regular status updates to management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep investigative abilities.
- Excellent technical writing skills with experience creating clear, concise documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Able to work independently and think creatively to solve technical challenges.
- Proven communication excellence in customer-facing roles.
