Job Description

As a seasoned Senior Data & Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to own and evolve our financial and operational analytics.

This role combines technical skills with business acumen, analyzing and visualizing SaaS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and instantly accessible business data.

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for SaaS KPIs such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn, lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), margins, and more.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into reliable datasets.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes using Structured Query Language (SQL), APIs, and scripting languages like Python.
  • Deliver insightful analyses and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
  • Support Finance in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track metrics that matter most to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or Business Intelligence (BI) roles with exposure to financial and SaaS metrics.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models and unit economics.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate or higher English fluency.
