We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our e-commerce operations from the ground up. As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store, ensuring seamless execution and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce management: Conduct daily operations, managing product listings, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Product research: Identify high-demand products with potential for significant profit margins.
  • Copywriting and content creation: Craft engaging product descriptions to optimize conversion rates.
  • Image editing: Enhance supplier-provided images to align with our brand identity.
  • Publishing and maintenance: Register products, configure variants, and maintain store appeal.
  • Process creation: Document and optimize operational flows to improve efficiency.
  • Supplier and partner management: Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Analysis and optimization: Monitor sales metrics, costs, logistics, and conversion rates, proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or dropshipping.
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify is required.
  • Practical skills in copywriting, image editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar), and product publishing.
  • Able to structure and optimize operational processes.
  • Analytical mindset, organized, and oriented towards metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills (intermediate/advanced Portuguese and English is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: A hands-on approach with a focus on long-term growth.
