Job Overview

This role serves as the technical operations single point of contact for Apheresis and Treatment Centres within a designated region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Apheresis Operations Management, QA Operations, GMP production, GTP or related operational areas; regulated environment; understanding of HTA.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and fostering relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab and Treatment Centre Staff.
  • Working with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish the apheresis collection footprint.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities with internal teams and collection site staff.
  • Communicating onboarding status to Clinical teams and developing mitigation plans for delays.
  • Performing technical site assessments and training collection center staff on collection requirements.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and capacity after site launch.
  • Managing rollout of process changes to assigned sites and collecting VOC and VOB feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in English and Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

This position involves leading cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple software development projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Senior Manager - Tissue Operations must comply with applicable SOPs and regulations.
