Senior Talent Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Strategist to join our organization.

This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through effective talent management.

As a key member of the HR team, the Senior Talent Strategist will be responsible for analyzing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and developing solutions to address them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations, with experience in partnership with senior leaders, providing coaching and strategic guidance.

They will also have expertise in supporting global teams and navigating cross-cultural People practices.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-functional collaboration to run and improve key people processes including promotion, compensation, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Creation of scalable org structures, working with department heads, managers, and FP&A to identify needs, pain points, communication strategies, and succession plans.
  • Strengthening the management bench by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360 feedback.
  • Coaching employees on development, career paths, and navigating complex challenges.
  • Partnership with Legal and People Operations on complex employee relations issues and implementation of resolutions or policies as needed.
  • Alignment of culture, values, and engagement initiatives with work.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HRBP, Generalist, or Employee Relations role at a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
  • Direct partnership with senior leaders (Director+), providing coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Experience supporting global teams and navigating cross-cultural People practices.
  • Led or supported performance and engagement cycles (e.g., reviews, surveys, stay interviews).
  • Comfortable managing sensitive situations with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Clear communication, collaboration, and building trust at all levels.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and thriving in fast-changing environments.
  • BIG-picture thinking while executing effectively on day-to-day priorities.
