The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial execution of the Interventional product portfolio across Brazil and select LATAM markets.
- This role serves as a key expert to support frontline sales, distributors, and clinical customers, fostering strong relationships with Cath Lab staff, physicians, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote brand positioning, gather insights, and strengthen market presence.
- Product Specialists deliver impactful presentations, in-service training, and post-sale support across the region, driving customer engagement and increasing qualified leads to support sales growth.
- They assist in developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive customer engagement, increase qualified leads, and support sales growth.
- Additionally, they manage tender responses, product cross-referencing, and clinical inquiry support, collaborating with Demand Planning, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure continuous product availability.
- Market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, is collected and reported to inform business decisions.
- Representatives from our organization participate in regional congresses, workshops, and events, promoting the company's products and services.
- Global and regional teams collaborate on projects aligned to growth goals, upholding corporate compliance and ethics in all aspects of the role.
