Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, payables, and tax return preparation. You will work closely with our Implementation team to ensure timely delivery of services and assist the Chief Visionary with special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including record payroll-related entries and maintain the chart of accounts
  • Prepare tax returns and provide expertise on taxability of employee benefits
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure client success
  • Assist the Chief Visionary with special projects and tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience desired
  • Associate's degree desired, with experience being a key factor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email
  • Strong relational skills, patience, and a desire to work directly with clients
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
