We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our CARE - Deep Individual Data team in Brazil. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the country.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources. They will also be responsible for implementing automated data quality checks to guarantee data quality and consistency across the whole data life cycle.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable understanding big data concepts to ingest, process, and make data available for data scientists, business analysts, and product teams. Prior experience in Data Modeling and Data Pipelines is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data models and structures that enable efficient querying and analysis;
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources;
  • Implement automated data quality checks to guarantee data quality and consistency across the whole data life cycle;
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and develop effective data pipelines;
Requirements
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines;
  • Familiarity with big data concepts, including ingestion, processing, and analysis;
  • Prior experience in Data Modeling and Data Pipelines is mandatory;
  • Ability to engage engineering and product teams to elicit requirements and present solutions to top management;
