We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our projects, ensuring they meet the required level of excellence and are completed on time.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to guarantee flawless execution within budget. You must be customer-obsessed, curious, and resourceful to successfully handle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess clear communication and organization skills, excel at project and resource management, and have the traits of a team leader, providing space for everyone to speak and suggesting the best course of action.

  • Guarantee the efficiency of the governance structure, provide transparency related to project prioritization, status, and decision-making process to direct delivery effort
  • Provide clear communication of project goals, budget, schedule, risks, and efforts of the team members and notify leadership once the project goals are at risk.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring all of them are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings to guarantee alignment in scope, objectives, deadlines and expectations of each project

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economy, Technology, Marketing, Advertising or related areas
  • Minimum B2 proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in Project Managing or in any related Project Delivery role such as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst
  • Experience with project management tools and frameworks
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Transparent, autonomous, and non-hierarchical mindset (will have to interact with high lead levels, different project and processes teams)
  • Previous experience in managing multiples projects with different scopes at once
