Key Responsibilities- Ensure client objectives are met through effective service delivery, interfacing with clients and consultants at all project stages, managing overall project cost, schedule, and budgets, and overseeing general contractors and vendors.
- Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes, correct and assess work-in-place, approve capital expenditure spends, and revise cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client's organization.
- Plan, organize, schedule, direct, and control project delivery on time.
- Experience in a similar position is required.
- Construction experience is mandatory.
- An engineering degree or any construction-related degree is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being an asset.
