Inventory Management Leadership Role

This role oversees the strategic direction, coordination, and evaluation of inventory control and quality assurance operations in a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze data to ensure accuracy in inventory transactions and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Analyze customer defect rates and develop targeted action plans to reduce defects and improve overall quality.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to enhance quality, inventory accuracy, and service standards.
  • Foster collaboration with area managers and operations teams to communicate policies and procedures effectively.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency across all inventory control and quality-related policies and procedures.
  • Plan and execute inventory counts, establish, and maintain inventory handling processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through thorough analysis and cause-and-effect assessments.
  • Lead and supervise a team in inventory control/quality assurance operations to achieve set goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in inventory and quality assurance management, with a track record of success in improving operational efficiency.
  • Supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English are essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in WMS, SQL, Excel, and report analysis software is required.
