About the Role

This position requires a senior project manager to oversee the execution of complex projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data center projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Take ownership of project profitability, forecasting revenue recognition, and implementing improvement actions.
  • Delegate sub-projects to PMs and coordinate efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with service teams to identify and develop additional service opportunities, including cybersecurity services.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and lessons learned within the project management community.
Requirements
  • Masters degree is a plus.
  • PMI Certificate required.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced fluency in Spanish.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing data center projects.
  • Cross-functional and cross-border experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to influence and convince in a complex matrix organization.
