SAP Customer Service Specialist

Our company, Yoctoo, is seeking a highly skilled SAP CS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the further development and roll-out of our SAP Customer Service system.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the CS functions in P58 are used according to requirements, controlling development, maintenance, and roll-out of functionalities and interfaces.
- Create global transparency of the existing SAP landscape and processes in Customer Service, realizing global process optimization.
- Understand internal business processes in CS and develop solutions to ensure a quick response to new market requirements.
- Pursue innovations in the CS business, examining the applicability and significance of Siemens Healthineers (performance and process optimization, etc.).
- Independently take on complex projects implementing new product, platform, and system strategies.
- Manage external partners in implementation (functional and technical consultants).
- University degree studies completed.
- Long-term professional experience in SAP Customer Service.
- Business experience is an added advantage.
- In-depth application knowledge in the SAP Customer Service environment (Installed base management, notification processing, planning and dispatch, confirmations, billing, cost settlements, financial and sales integration).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese communication. Spanish is an advantage skill.
