About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic supply chain functions, developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers
- Manage weekly customer-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
