Job Title: Investigative Site Budget Specialist

Job Description:
Parexel FSP is seeking an experienced budget specialist to support the development of site-facing budget templates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical contracting, outsourcing, or finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a research setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage site budgets for global utilization
- Create and review budget templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of budgets and provide support for ad hoc cost benchmarking analysis
- Provide input into and support global clinical site budgeting process and negotiation
- Maintain documentation and database of approvals, including approvals for Master templates

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional work experience in a research setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical contracting, outsourcing, or finance principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
