Job Title

A Senior Investigator Pricing Analyst is a specialized role that plays a critical part in the clinical research operations of an organization.

  • This position will work closely with the Clinical Business Operations team to provide support and assistance to all studies in the site payment vendor portfolio.

The Senior Investigator Pricing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely site payments for study portfolios by planning, executing, tracking, and managing global clinical trial payments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with site payment vendor management or oversight, including holding vendors accountable for services outlined in Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Creating baseline Investigator Grant budget estimates using benchmarking tools and assessing Fair Market Value (FMV)
  • Managing total overall study budgets as well as global payments.
  • Supporting the implementation of SOW and Change Order processes and project-related costs, if applicable.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Research & Development (R&D) related to Clinical Trial business operations.
  • Resolving site payment discrepancies, historical payment issues, and monthly reporting requests with third-party site payment vendors.
  • Tracking payments owed to clinical research sites according to negotiated unit prices per site contracts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining frequent communication with external partners and internal departments regarding payment activities during contract lifecycles.
  • Reviewing clinical trial site budgets, if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Similar experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Previous experience with payments in clinical research.
  • Advanced English language skills.
