Clinical Research Associate Role

In our organization, we are looking for experienced professionals to conduct onsite monitoring visits. The role requires oncology experience and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with clinical sites, ensuring data quality and integrity, and driving productivity through patient recruitment strategies. You will also need to evaluate site efficacy and drug accountability.

To succeed in this role, you should have site management or equivalent experience in clinical research, with a strong understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology. You should also have experience working in oncology trials and possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Leverage your expertise to conduct qualification visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and termination visits at assigned clinical sites.
  • Build relationships by overseeing the integrity of the study and utilizing problem-solving skills to promote rapport with the site and staff.
  • Drive productivity by developing patient recruitment strategies in conjunction with the clinical site to meet enrollment timelines.
  • Ensure quality by evaluating the quality and integrity of the reported data, site efficacy, and drug accountability.
