Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the optimization of our supply planning network. As a key member of our team, you will utilize planning tools like Blue Yonder and SAP to ensure accurate forecasting, timely delivery, and efficient inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Converting demand plans into supply plans through Blue Yonder for production and replenishment execution.
  • Identifying and resolving lead time issues with stakeholders.
  • Executing material replenishment in SAP MRP module, including internal movements, 3rd party movements, and production.
  • Managing issues associated with purchase orders from vendors with procurement teams.
  • Collaborating with logistics, manufacturing, and customer service teams to ensure delivery to customers on time.
  • Developing stocking strategies to support inventory management, customer service, and implementing corrective action when imbalances occur.
  • Regularly monitoring and addressing inactive, slow-moving, and excess inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in operations, supply chain management, logistics, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable supply chain planning experience, preferably inventory management or master planning with global operations.
  • High level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially Blue Yonder ESP and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)).
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.

Preferred qualifications include high-level proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel, APICS Certification, and strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
