About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Partner Success Team at Insider. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customers by providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with and reach out to customer technical decision makers and influencers to understand their business needs and technical environments.
  • Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Drive pilots, proof of concept (POC), and value by rooting pilots in business impact and moving customers forward from pilots to productive deployments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process and provide solutions.
  • Identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations and route non-technical issues for removal by the appropriate party.
  • Proactively engage product and support teams to remediate blockers by conveying impact.
  • Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider by cultivating customer affinity with Insider solutions that drive impact for the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects.
  • Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, Database Technologies.
  • You have strong product command and technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs or Programming.
