Job Title

We are seeking a strategic thinker to drive business profitability and growth through the development of regional profit improvement initiatives. As a Product Lifecycle Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize product lines and grade slates, leveraging data analysis and critical thinking skills to generate insights and recommendations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Operations team, working closely with the Americas Product Management team to drive strategic insights and initiatives. You will engage in a mix of routine and non-routine activities, utilizing your communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills to prioritize and support key opportunities within the Chemicals businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional (potentially global) profit improvement initiatives, including management of change.
  • Optimize product lines and/or grade slates, prioritizing new product needs, decommissions, sustainability initiatives, and SKU cost-to-serve.
  • Clearly communicate asset competitiveness targets and performance, driving and presenting progress against targets.
  • Coordinate and participate in business team meetings, ensuring product compliance and performance through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead execution of Product Management processes, including master data reviews, grade development, and change management.
  • Support product innovation and commercialization, ensuring strict adherence to defined processes and milestones.
  • Understand high-consequence financial risks to assets and ensure optimized risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with colleagues across Americas and sometimes globally, both face-to-face and virtually.
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical field or business administration with relevant work experience.
  • Prior work experience in product management or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook, with working knowledge of intermediate Excel features required.
  • Fluent English is a must, including communication clarity.
