Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. You will plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve and support business activities.
You will gather business requirements through various techniques, analyze and document complex business requirements and processes, and communicate these requirements to relevant parties. You will also create complex test case scenarios, monitor testing, and verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, a degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field, and previous experience working in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance experience).
A Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage. You will also need knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile prioritization of work to epics and sprints.
Business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing, are essential. Good organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes are also necessary.
Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is mandatory. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation, documenting system functionality, data integration, and workflow is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
