The Program Manager Representative will serve as a key liaison between the customer and our team, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with ship managers to provide feedback on ship changes during execution, participating in the development of presentation materials, and collaborating with ISEAS/PARMS to identify and document issues related to ship change development or installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this position, we are seeking an individual with at least 10 years of shipboard maintenance experience aboard Navy Amphibious/Auxiliary/Small Combatant Ships, or equivalent commercial/civil service experience in ship repair and project management. The ideal candidate will possess an active SECRET clearance and a High School Diploma.
