Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our business with general administrative tasks and onboarding growth.

  • Support operational teams in US markets with growth deliverables and efficiencies
  • Automate workflows for growth and portfolio changes
  • Analyze data to create detailed reports for leadership, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Standardize workflows across markets to improve timeliness and execution
  • Perform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams
  • Enter unit/building/process information, ensuring accurate fields for other teams
  • Collaborate with operational team members and organizational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements
  • Communicate with vendors and companies as needed

Responsibilities:

Complete utility and telecommunication setups for new units with third-party companies (create online portals, set up payments)

Cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs

Support the scheduling of furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outs: Communicate with vendors and buildings to schedule pick ups; Input data into our system related to properties

Track disposal and data related to move-outs

Support operations, local teams, and finance/accounting with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
  • Top-tier university degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; residential or hospitality experience considered beneficial
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulation, data entry), and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, focus on results
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with multiple assignment management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and at speed
