As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, and providing IRS support. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential.


  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
    • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
    • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
    • Provide clients with IRS support
    • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Tax Associate, you will need:
  • Key qualifications include:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
    • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
    • Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks
