We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to deploy and manage large-scale enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves working with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services operating in nearly 50 countries.

This position demands excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. We require applicants to submit their resumes in English and be prepared for English-language interviews throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and operate large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, access points, wireless controllers, and Cisco DNA Center.
  • Attend to assigned tickets, monitor queue services, and adhere to incident and change management processes.
  • Support services as defined by established procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Maintain accurate inventory information according to predefined processes.
  • Capture all audit-required data related to executed tasks.
  • Contribute to various technology documentation, such as SOPs, design and configuration documents, project reports, and SIP documents.
  • Stay updated on new trends and technologies, acquire cross-functional skills, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Lifecycle manage products/services, including inventory management, contract management, design document creation, SOP development, incident management, problem management, and service reporting (performance, capacity, and availability).
  • Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Audit and process compliance, participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of IT infrastructure/network experience.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Must have experience with Cisco and Aruba networks.
  • Knowledge of Juniper and Arista switches is desirable.
  • Solid background in network administration and architecture.
  • Working knowledge of BGP, MPLS, and OSPF protocols.
  • Familiarity with access control models and network security concepts.
  • Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCDA) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working for international companies/global implementations is highly desirable.
