Senior Treasury Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will drive business growth and provide expert advice to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide strategic advice to corporate clients on treasury management solutions.
  • - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • - Collaborate with product organizations to design client propositions and embed strategies in product development and marketing processes.
  • - Consult with high-profile clients to structure innovative and complex solutions across multiple countries/regions and products.
  • - Help drive regional product investment agendas based on client requirements and local sector strategies.
  • - Promote the J.P. Morgan Payments business in the broader marketplace by authoring thought pieces, presenting at industry/professional conferences, and managing client events.
  • - Develop strategies and plans to generate transformational LATAM and cross-regional deal flow.
  • - Provide internal training to Sales and Bankers on various corporate treasury and shared service center related topics and transfer successful case studies to the knowledge base of the broader sales force.
  • - Ensure strong risk management compliance and adherence to client relevant Audit, Credit, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, and Risk policies.

Requirements:

  • - Understands clients' businesses, knowing their needs and business strategies.
  • - Delivers solutions to clients that meet both current and future needs.
  • Partnership:
  • - Actively partners with other product and functional areas to share ideas, resources, tools, and techniques.
  • Solutions / advisory expertise:
  • - In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Transactional FX, and merchant acquiring solutions, preferably with experience in the Corporate space and/or Global Financial Institutions.
