Share People Hub is a leading company in the industry, partnering with ABI Growth Group | AB InBev to deliver innovative solutions. We're seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our team in Campinas / SP, working in a hybrid model.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams, delivering technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and removing impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments
  • Communicating project status to all stakeholders
  • Maintaining the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
  • Raising, managing, and monitoring risk mitigation plans
  • Challenging and enabling the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data-driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
  • Following technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership
  • Being constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing, such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus)
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Proven experience with Agile projects
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time-sensitive work environment
