Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of projects with minimal disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members to ensure their development and growth.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as an asset.
