Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis, to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered without major issues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish a plus.
